This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

I have wanted this for my pro life bulletin board at my Catholic Church and I wasn’t disappointed. It is beautiful and it has so much meaning put in a picture. A picture speaks better then words and this picture says it all. Thanks

Hatteras lighthouse is located on the Outer Banks of North Carolina in the little village of Buxton, NC. If you look at a map the lighthouse is at the very eastern tip of the Outer Banks islands. The Lighthouse overlooks the Graveyard of the Atlantic.
About Ches Black
I started taking photos in earnest when I was in the Navy many, many years ago. I laid aside my Nikon when I discovered computers in the late 70's and then when digital photography came along, it seemed like a great match. Now I still play with computers; but the main emphasis is on the photography. I like bright, saturated colors and many of my creations reflect that passion. I just want to create beautiful images.
